Acoustic Design Studio, Inc. is a professional consulting engineering firm dedicated to better acoustics and noise control by working with clients in a responsive, informed and efficient manner.

Consulting services provided include architectural acoustical design, mechanical system noise and vibration control, community noise assessment and industrial noise control. We have experience with a briad range of projects from residential buildings to performing arts centers to industrial facilities as well as community and environmental noise projects.

Todd Matthias, PE has been an acoustical consultant in the Portland, Oregon area for over eighteen years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Science degree in acoustics from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon and Washington and is a member of the Acoustical Society of America, the Institute of Noise Control Engineering and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
